Capabilities

Presses, toolroom and machining — under one roof.

Sheet metal stamping from 50 to 500 tons at 0.15–12 mm, with die development in-house for prototype-to-production speed, and VMC machining co-located with the press shop.

Press shop

50 to 500 tons.

Hydraulic, Mechanical and Pneumatic lines configured for progressive, deep-draw and tandem operations, with changeovers quick enough to run mixed families.

Up to 500 T
Hydraulic presses

Deep draw and forming with adjustable stroke control — the lines that run our heat shield and end-cone families.

Progressive
Mechanical presses

Progressive stamping and piercing for medium-to-heavy gauge automotive components.

High cycle
Pneumatic presses

High-cycle punching and light assembly for thin-gauge stamped parts, washers and clamps.

Detailed fleet list — counts, makes, bed sizes and stroke lengths — provided on request with an RFQ.

In-house toolroom

Every die we run, we made.

Die design, development and maintenance happen on site. Prototype iteration is measured in days, and when a die needs attention mid-programme we are not queueing at another vendor’s gate.

Tool design uses 3D simulation of material flow to predict thinning and splits before steel is cut — which is what makes progressive, compound and draw tooling for difficult deep-drawn geometry possible.

Deep-draw tooling

Our specialisation — draws to 300 mm depth, the hard-to-tool geometry other shops quote long or decline.

Progressive dies

Multi-station tooling for volume stamped families.

Jigs, fixtures & gauges

Built in-house for tool trials, production support and customer-end inspection.

Integrated production

Engineering, beside the shop floor.

Tooling, trials and production are coordinated within the same plant, so feedback from the presses reaches the engineering team quickly and corrections can be made without an outside hand-off.

Closed-loop workflow
Design, trial, correction and production under one roof
Programme response
Faster feedback whenever production tooling needs attention
