Clear answers on feasibility, materials, quality documentation and programme handover — before an RFQ becomes a production commitment.

An in-house toolroom and die design. Most stamping shops outsource their dies, which means every engineering change waits on a third party. We design, build and maintain tooling under the same roof — so development is faster and corrections happen in days, not weeks.

Send the part drawing or CAD file, material and thickness, annual volume, target SOP, quality requirements and any surface-finish or packaging specifications. More complete inputs allow a faster, more reliable feasibility response.

Stainless steel, aluminium, aluminised steel and carbon steel from 0.15 mm to 12 mm, on 50–500 ton presses — subject to part geometry and feasibility review.

Yes. Feasibility, tool development, trials, PPAP and serial-production handover are managed as one programme, with in-house tooling reducing external handoffs. Prototype and soft tooling for deep-drawn components is a core specialisation.

IATF 16949:2016 (Reg. 0597621) and ISO 9001:2015 (Reg. Q7-34386/0), both certified by Quality Austria and valid to February 2029. The certificates are downloadable on the Quality page.

Programmes can include PPAP Level 1–5, material test records, dimensional reports, inspection records, SPC and traceability from incoming material through finished components, in the customer’s required format. 8D problem solving supports any field or line concern.

Yes. The manufacturing route depends on geometry: some parts require deep drawing, while others use forming. Single-, double- and multi-layer constructions are assessed part by part.

Yes — active export programmes including Canada, alongside domestic supply to Tier-1 automotive customers. Export packaging and documentation are handled in-house.

Yes. Drawings are used only for feasibility and quotation, shared only with the engineers who need them, and never with third parties. NDAs are signed on request before any drawing exchange.

Yes — customer audits are welcome, and the plant is maintained audit-ready as part of IATF 16949 compliance.
