Our specialism

Multi-layered heat shields

Single-layer shields are produced from 1–3 mm sheet. Multi-layer shields use the same specified grade across their layers at 0.4 or 0.6 mm per layer. The manufacturing route follows the geometry: deeper profiles are deep-drawn, while other forms are produced through forming operations. Supported grades include SS409, SS409L, SS439, SS441, SS304, Aluminium 3003 and SA1D.

Deep drawn components

Complex deep-drawn geometry is the centre of what we do, not a sideline — shells, end cones, housings and cans drawn to depths of up to 300 mm in SS409, SS409L, SS439, SS441, SS304, Aluminium 3003 and SA1D, with the tooling designed and built in our own toolroom.
