Send your drawing with confidence

Handling confidential customer drawings has been part of every programme we have run since 2004. Here is exactly how yours is treated.

Where your drawing goes

Straight to the engineers and design team who will assess feasibility and build your quotation — the same people who would go on to make the part. It stays within that team. This is routine work for us: every programme we run involves drawings.

NDAs, whenever you want one

Many of our customers send drawings under an NDA, and we are glad to sign yours before anything changes hands — just say the word and we will turn it around quickly. If your agreement calls for a particular transfer method or supplier portal rather than the form on this site, tell us and we will work the way your process requires.

Sending large or sensitive files

Files up to 5 MB go through the RFQ form. For bigger data packs, full assemblies, or anything you would rather send another way, email info@technomechengineers.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it with you.

Your contact details

We use your name, company, email and phone to reply to your enquiry and to keep the quotation on record. That is the whole of it — no marketing lists, and your details stay with us.

Keeping records

We hold quotation records for as long as the programme and our IATF 16949 audit obligations call for. If you would like something you sent removed, just ask and we will take care of it.

Anything else your team needs

If procurement wants this on a supplier questionnaire, a vendor data sheet, or your own agreement form, send it to info@technomechengineers.com and we will complete and return it.
