Chairman

Shri Dharam Pal Dhiman

Founded Technomech Engineers with the aim of delivering reliable, precision-engineered components to the automotive industry. His focus on integrity, workmanship and long-term relationships continues to shape how the company operates, and he mentors the leadership team from a long career in manufacturing.

Director · Production & Operations

Bablu Dhiman

Leads production planning, customer relations and operational efficiency. Focused on press-shop performance and lean manufacturing across the plant — maximising resource use, minimising waste and keeping supply consistent both domestically and for export.

Director · Finance & Strategy

Gagan Deep Dhiman

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, with five years in the engineering sector before joining the family business. Oversees finance, strategic planning, customer relations and administration — budgeting, resource allocation and regulatory compliance — combining financial discipline with engineering judgement on investment decisions.

Business Development

Hitesh Dhiman

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. Drives business growth and international market development, aligning what the plant can make with what global buyers need.

Foundations

Press shop established, automotive component manufacturing begins, ISO 9001 certification achieved.

2009 – 2016

Expansion

High-tonnage hydraulic presses added, widening the deep-draw envelope.

2017 – 2021

Transformation

Focus shifts to high-quality tooling and in-house die capability.

2022 – 2025

Certification & scale

IATF 16949 certification achieved and a 25,000 sq ft plant opened at Sikri, Faridabad.

Quality built into the process

100% visual inspection, dimensional audits and SPC on critical characteristics, with internal and customer PPM tracked programme by programme.

Delivery you can schedule against

Capacity, material and dispatch commitments are reviewed before acceptance, with on-time delivery measured across domestic and export programmes.

Feasibility before promises

Material, geometry, tooling and volume are reviewed before quotation. If a part falls outside our installed capability, we say so early.

Audit-ready documentation

PPAP, MTRs, inspection records and dimensional reports follow the customer’s format, with traceability maintained from material source to finished component.

Accountability without handoffs

One programme team carries the part from RFQ and tool development through PPAP, serial production and change management.
